About Therapureoil

Our mission is to provide you the purest form of extraction technology to produce customizable full spectrum cannabis oils using innovative solvent-free methods at any scale.

Therapureoil is an extraction technology developed in Canada, specializing in premium full spectrum cannabis oil extraction.

In 2015, our founder Daniel Malka (B.Sc., M.Sc.), began developing the extraction method while battling small cell lung cancer in an effort to create a highly concentrated, full spectrum oil to help him fight the disease. His knowledge of the endocannabinoid system and molecular biology allowed him to develop the innovative Therapureoil Extraction Method. Now in remission for 4 years, Daniel has set out to help others and raise awareness of the benefits of full spectrum cannabis oils and whole plant medicine.

One of our main goals with this extraction method has been to minimize negative impacts on plant molecules in order produce a premium full spectrum oil that preserves the original terpene and cannabinoid content of the plant. This allows us to yield concentration levels over 97% with a simple installation at a fraction of the cost of ethanol or critical CO² phytoextraction methods. The terpene content of each batch can be fully customized and “stacked” using our proprietary method. This method is fully scalable and can be designed to accommodate any amount of flower.

About our founder

Daniel Malka, President and Co-Founder, holds a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Concordia University and Master’s degree in cell biology from the Sherbrooke University. He went on to become a fashion and advertising photographer, earning acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic, with countless projects gracing major magazine covers and global branding campaigns. Following his early retirement, he took up university lecturing and philanthropy around the world, before contracting small cell lung cancer over two years ago. Using his knowledge of cell biology to battle this typically fatal condition, he researched all aspects of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care. He also devoted much of his time researching cannabis and its effects on our bodies. This garnered him an understanding of the endocannabinoid system, which he used to develop novel phytochemical extraction techniques and formulae.
